Exchange of a product is possible only when:
- The product is damaged.
- Misplaced product in: Color, Size or quantity.
- Lost in Shipment.
- If there is stock availability of the purchased product.
- To clarify the fact, exchange options will not be available for a discounted/special offer product.
After you have received the Products, our delivery boy will wait for 5-10 minutes for you to trial this product. If you have any issue with the product you can contact our support number and return the product instantly.
“Cash on delivery/ Pay when you receive” Policy
- To clarify at first hand, customers have to bear all delivery charge in case of product delivery, return or exchange (varies individually).
Inside Dhaka: Customers have to exchange the purchased product from the Charismatic office with the original money receipt.
Outside Dhaka: 360 Taka. (Three way travel cost required) outside Dhaka.
